to measure the efficiency of working capital management in the study. The t-test
and F-test is used to test statistical significance of the regression results of
â and R2. The results of t-test and F-test are highly significant which proves that
the regression models have been well fitted into the sample data and study period.
Therefore, all four null hypotheses set for the study are rejected. Empirical results
prove that the Indian FMCG industry performed remarkably well during the study period.

People are an essential element in any healthcare organization, whether that organization
is a major research teaching hospital, a primary healthcare clinic in the inner
city, the county public health office, or a health maintenance organization. However,
quite often, it is seen that administrators, third-party payers, governments, and
even boards of directors have due concerns only about the patients and technology.
While, in reality, it is the people behind technology, treatment protocols, services,
and activities of the organization that ensure quality care. Therefore, how healthcare
organizations manage and invest in their human capital truly impact the quality
of care and services provided. In this paper, an attempt has been made to explore
the existing developmental climate in various healthcare institutions of Kashmir.
A total of 285 healthcare employees working in different district level hospitals
completely responded to the survey instrument. Notably, the results revealed existence
of a satisfactory level of HRD climate in healthcare sector of Kashmir. However,

Author | : | Dr. Sangeeta Arora , Sonia Kundra |
Abstract | : |
Purpose: There is always a conflicting relationship between the Corporate Environmental
Performance and Corporate Financial Performance. Economists argue that going green
is not profitable whereas environmentalists argue that businesses should take actions
to protect and preserve the environment. Thus this study is carried out with the
objective of analyzing the association between Environmental Performance and Financial
Performance. Design/ Methodology/ Approach: Corporate Environmental Performance
and Corporate Financial Performance are the two variables are affected by each other
and also affect each other. So studying their relationship with the help of Multiple
Linear Regression Model will not serve the purpose. Hence it was decided that this
relationship can be explored with the help of Simultaneous Equation Modeling. Findings:
It can be stated that within the Indian context, Environmental Performance have
significant and positive relation with return on assets, company size, age of the
company. Research Limitations/ Implications: Till the companies follow the same
benchmark for environmental performance measurement, such study may not lead to
any reliable results. The subject needs to be explored further. However, the study
will be evocative if there is statutory provision of Environmental Reporting like
Financial Reporting. Originality/Value: This paper is an exploratory attempt to
find the relationship between the Corporate Environmental Performance and Corporate
Financial Performance. No such study with the sample of as large as 500 companies
have been conducted in Indian context. Keywords: Corporate Environmental Performance,

Name | : | An Analysis of the Causes and Consequences of Exceedingly Low or Negative Interest Rates on National Economies and the Challenge for Emerging Economies |
Author | : | Jitendra Shreemali |
Abstract | : |
This study examines the causes for interest rates falling to very low levels in
developed countries. Short term interest rates are at 0% for the second time in
the last 5000 years with the previous such instance accompanying cataclysmic changes
in the world while long term interest rates are at their lowest in the last 2000
years or so. Based on the experience of these countries, it identifies risks associated
with very low interest rates as well causes that drive extremely low or subzero
interest rates. The main factors driving very low interest rates are: (a) Recessionary
trends accompanied by reduced investments; (b) Very low rates of inflation coupled
with expectation of inflation as well as growth remaining low; (c) Need to control
currency appreciation; (d) Demographic changes in the nation due to changing patterns
of birth v/s death rates with the older generation having different demands as well
as being more risk averse; and (e) Reluctance to carry out required fiscal or structural
corrections leading to over utilization of the monetary route reducing its effectiveness.
The risks of exceedingly low or sub-zero interest rates include: (a) Squeezing of
bank interest margins to an extent that could jeopardize classic bank operations
accompanied by households shifting their money into other assets or hoarding it;
(b) Creation of credit bubbles that could exacerbate the economic problems further;
(c) Failure to boost investments unless the economic scenario looks positive and
companies expect sizable demand for their products; and (d) Reemergence of a changed
version of colonial system of forced wealth redistribution. The solution to this
challenge lies in understanding that very low or subzero interest rates have not
proven themselves as long term options for meeting inflation targets or managing
currency appreciation nor does it guarantee investments that ensure growth. They
are, therefore, a temporary solution at best and national economies or their central
banks would do well to explore fiscal measures for sustained growth. Keywords: Short
Term Interest, Long Term Interest, Inflation, Currency appreciation

Name | : | The Economic Modeling of International Trade between Ukraine and Free Trade Areas |
Author | : | Violetta O.Petukhova, Gacim Salah |
Abstract | : |
The research subject examined the dynamics of Ukraine international trade with countries
which it has created and intends to create the free trade areas. The import, export
and trade balance data were taken as the basis in the period from 2004 till 2014.
The exports, imports and trade balance are the most important figures in the studying
of the international trade. The export is a transportation of goods, works and services,
results of intellectual activity, including exclusive rights to them from the customs
territory of the abroad countries without the obligation of re-importation. The
transportation capacity of goods and services and results of intellectual activity
characterizes the indicator "export" that is calculated in terms of cost for a certain
period, usually for a year. The import is a transportation of goods, works and services,
results of intellectual activity, includes exclusive rights to them, the customs
territory of the countries from abroad without the obligation to the re-export.
This process describes the indicator "import" that is calculated in terms of cost
for a certain period, usually for a year. The trade balance is the difference between
cash receipts and costs over time. The forecast was made on the dynamics of international
trade basis within the free trade areas framework in the future. If exports (revenues)
are bigger than imports (payments), the balance is positive and the trade balance
is active. If exports (revenues) are less than imports (payments), the balance is
negative and trade balance is passive. The research methodology is economic modeling
techniques and such methods like observation and comparison. The research goal is
to study the dynamics of international trade within Ukraine free trade areas, the
forecast forward for several years, comparing different indicators for years. The
ultimate goal is to solve the pertinence one or another free trade area for Ukraine
for economic point of view and answering the question can it be profitable for Ukraine.
The conclusion of the research is that Ukraine needs to create free trade areas
with other countries, as well as other countries, it must integrate into the global
economy through globalization worldwide. From our point of, all of the free trade
areas are equally important for Ukraine, because they bring revenue to the country
through the international trade. The priority for Ukraine is free trade area with
the EU. The largest trading partners of Ukraine among the countries the EU members
are traditionally Germany, Italy, the Great Britain and Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.
By all indicators, despite the recession of trade due to the global financial crisis,
such alliances are profitable for Ukraine, because in the future they can become
more powerful unions. Keywords: Integration, International Trade, Free Trade Area,

Abstract | : |
The concept of person organization fit (P-O fit) has been analyzed and evaluated
by different authors; however, the multiple conceptualization of person organization
fit reveals that no real consensus exists regarding this concept. This paper, therefore,
presents an exhaustive review of person organization fit definitions and its conceptual
models which include both complementary and supplementary fit perspectives, so as
to arrive at a common inflexion. Also various operationalizations of person organization
fit (P-O Fit) are discussed. Further, an attempt is made to integrate these operationalizations
with respect to their conceptualizations. These segregations and definitional issues
frame a review of the existing literature and also provide basis for future research
and suggestions for practical implications. Keywords: Person Environment Fit, Person
