Author | : | Ziya Batul Rizvi,Sumbul,Dr. Saif Siddiqui |
Abstract | : |
Purpose : Covid19 epidemic has culminated in societal and worldwide
disparities and impaled benefits in ESG investment. The key objective
of this study is to analyze the cointegration and risk spillovers pre and
during Covid19 between SRI, Islamic, and Conventional stocks.
Design/ Methodology/approach : We include the dataset of nine
variables of SRI, Islamic, and conventional indices and find the
cointegration and spill-over effects with the help of DCC for the time
duration of 2018 to 2022.
Findings : The outcomes show the existence of cointegration among
SRI, Islamic, and conventional indices in Pre Covid19 and absence
during Covid19, and having co-movements with common connections.
Before the pandemic, DCC was inclined to spear, but during the
pandemic, a diverse form appears at the same time, and extra variability
is found in conditional covariance. The outcomes show that SRI gives a
higher return with lower risk as compared to Islamic and conventional
indices.

Author | : | Dr.Dilpreet Kaur,Rakesh Mahajan,Dr.Amarjit S. Sidhu |
Abstract | : |
Banking industry is the backbone of any economy. No economy can
work properly without sound banking system. Accessibility of funds is
an important dimension that holds the key to success i.e. whether the
funds are easily available to the bottom of pyramid in an economy or not.
Most of the rural beneficiaries face difficulties in accessing the finance
in formal sector (Banking sector) and thus fall prey to exorbitant interest
rates of informal sector (Moneylenders), depriving them from the
benefits of various schemes and initiatives of the government. Various
parameters related to access of funds such as time taken at bank, number
of times a bank is approached, delay in sanctioning, pre visits, post visits,
nature of staff, waiting time, sufficiency of loan, level of satisfaction
were evaluatedin this research paper by taking a sample of Priority
Sector Lending beneficiaries. It was found that different categories of
beneficiaries had different set of needs related to accessibility which
needs to be catered accordingly.

employees working in the workshops of Toyota, Nissan, and Peugeot
companies operating in the automotive sector in Turkey. Structural
equation modeling was employed to test the proposed hypotheses.
Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), a
variance-based structural equation modeling method, was used to
analyze the relationship between the factors included in the research
model. The results of the analysis revealed a high and significant
relationship between transformational leadership behavior and
proactive workplace behaviors. Furthermore, it was found that
transformational leadership behavior significantly and positively

Name | : | Diversification Opportunities: Are Sustainability Indexes A New Option |
Author | : | Kirti Jain,Dr. Neha Seth,Dr. Priyanka Bhaskar |
Abstract | : |
The present study examines the interdependence among selected
sustainable and conventional indices of the Indian economy.
Econometric toolshave been utilised to explore the connection between
sustainability and conventional indices of India.Findings from the
analysis show a correlation between sustainable indices and traditional
indices in the Indian economy. Still, the two stock market indices have
not been integrated over the extended period, and both operate
autonomously. In addition, no causality exists, so the current trend of one
index can't be predicted by the past trend of another stock market price
series. Based on findings, this study suggests that investment managers
use sustainability indices for portfolio diversification, which are also
helpful for regulators and policymakers.

Abstract | : |
Over the past two decades, the global market for electrical and electronic
equipment (EEE) has experienced enormous expansion, and it is
predicted that this growth will continue in the years to come. The fact
that these products are winding up in landfills and recycling facilities
presents lawmakers with a new hazard. To identify e-waste (Electronic
waste) management strategies, this paper will conduct a systematic
review of literature. The study uses the SALSA (Search, Appraisal,
Synthesis, and Analysis) and PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for
Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses)framework for the systematic
review of literature along with VOS viewer software which helps in
creating a map based on text and bibliographic data and NVivo for
creating a word cloud. Under the SALSA framework, SLR (Systematic
Literature Review)is carried out in 4 steps. While in PRISMAstudies are
evaluated at four levels. The research paper concludes that rules and
