Author | : | Mohamed Husni Athamneh, Juraifa Bte Jais |
Abstract | : |
Financial sectors, like other businesses with rigid hierarchical
structures, struggle to be sufficiently adaptable or agile to meet the
demands of competitive conditions. However, there is a paucity of
examination on the effectiveness of empowerment to improve the agility
of employees in financial sectors, which are currently confronted with
expanding duties and complicated challenges. This study investigates
the connections among employee empowerment through effective
communication, work teams, and the agility of employees. In addition,
this study examined the function that work satisfaction plays as a
mediating factor among employee agility and empowerment. 460
banking employees were surveyed to collect data. The results indicate
that empowerment enhance employees' agility by assisting workers to
adapt to an unexpected work environment. In addition, job satisfaction
enhances employee communication, the implementation of work teams,
and the agility of employees. This is among of the first investigation to
examine the connection among these components in this field, and it also
has significant and beneficial consequences for financial sectors and

Name | : | A Study on Antecedents that Affect the Online Impulse Buying Behavior of Female Apparel Buyers in Patna |
Author | : | Jyotsna Rai,Rakesh Kumar Yadav,Dr. Indrajit Ghosal |
Abstract | : |
This work intends to apply the Theory of Planned Behavior framework
to study the impact of customized apparel ads on buyers' intention to
purchase and their inclination to impulsively buy from the two most
prominent online apparel retailers in India. The framework also attempts
to ascertain whether or not privacy concerns influence the buying intent.
It tests the theoretical framework by looking at how customized apparel
ads affect impulsive buying made by females online.
The antecedents of purchase intent have been empirically proven using a
sample of 250 tech-savvy female buyers from the Patna area. The
findings demonstrate that the importance of attitude towards apparel
website brands, subjective norms, and PCB is decisive in framing the
intent to buy while consumers shop online. This study affirms the
significance of consumer attitudes toward apparel website companies in
bolstering the plan to buy online. This research contributes to growing
evidence concerning consumers' perceptions of well-known clothing
brands sold on e-commerce sites in India.

Abstract | : |
While many industries are rapidly adopting digital technologies to adapt
to rapidly changing economic conditions and increasing customer
demands, logistics and supply chain management companies have
historically been slow to adopt logistics software development services.
And while many logistics companies are already beginning to actively
implement digital technologies, the level of adoption among large and
small companies is still relatively low. Nevertheless, logistics offers a lot
of opportunities for the use of digital technologies. Given the relevance
of the topic, the purpose of the study is to substantiate the prospects and
opportunities for using the digital economy to stimulate the strategic
management of enterprise logistics. The study found that modern
logistics companies and companies engaged in logistics have many
opportunities for active development using innovative technologies. It
has been established that digital transformation in logistics is a practical
approach to implementing digitalisation at all levels of a company's
business processes: from optimising the logistics of physical flows and
optimising data exchange to customer service and much more. Overall,
it is only natural for companies that want to maintain their competitive
edge in the market to think about the next steps in their digital

Name | : | Analysing the Impact of Digitalisation on the Strategic Management of an Enterprise: Highlighting Key Aspects of Transformation |
Author | : | Roman Maslyhan, Gennadiy Stamatin, Tetiana Ilto, Maryna Vuichenko,Mykola Yokhna |
Abstract | : |
For digitalisation and digital transformation to be effective and deliver
results, they must become strategic objectives. But any strategic
direction requires a strategy. A company's development strategy is a
long-term action plan that can adapt to the external environment and
market conditions. At the same time, digitalisation can become a tool to
ensure more efficient digital decision-making and implement a phased
action plan to achieve a strategic result. Given the relevance of the
chosen research topic, the purpose of the study may be to analyse the
impact of digitalisation on the strategic management of an enterprise by
highlighting the key aspects of transformation. To achieve this goal, it is
necessary to define the essence and content of digitalisation, outline the
role of digitalisation in the process of forming and implementing
company strategies, and develop a strategic map for implementing a
company management strategy in the context of digitalisation. To obtain
the result, the author used both general scientific methods, in particular,
analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, systematisation, and a specific
method of modelling strategic maps, which allows to present in a
comprehensive manner the strategic directions of business development
in four main projections: finance, customers, business processes, and
personnel. As a result of the study, the role of digitalisation in the
transformation of approaches to strategic management was determined.
It has been established that digitalisation processes can significantly
improve management decision-making by processing large amounts of
various information. The paper also builds a strategic map for
implementing a company's management strategy in the context of
digitalisation, which can become a visual tool for achieving the strategic
goals of company development, with the strategic goal being the growth
of business value in the long term.

Author | : | Mohd Zafar Shaikh, Dr. Vinayak Vishwakarma,Dr. Molly Chaturvedi , Dr.R.S.V.Rama Swathi, Sohaib Alam |
Abstract | : |
Purpose:This study sought to identify the primary drivers behind Indian
SMEs' adoption of blockchain technology for supply chain management
(SCM) and how they make decisions about it.Finding out which factor
or factors are more strongly associated with the intention to adopt was
another goal of the study.
Design/methodology/approach: To find out the factors influencing
Blockchain Technology Acceptance in SMEs, authors used the TAM
TOE model of technology adoption. The authors used the Structural
Equation Modeling Approach (SEM) through AMOS software to figure
out how dependent and independent variables related to each other.
Findings: By using the TAM-TOE model, it looks at innovation,
technological, organizational, environmental, and individual factors and
comes up with nine different hypotheses. Out of them, six were
confirmed. These six variables were: Relative benefit, Blockchain
compatibility, Technology readiness, Management support, Perceived
utility&Vendor support. However, variables like Security
Risk,Regulatory Support&Ease of use not significantly associated with
Blockchain Technology Acceptance by SMEs. Blockchain
compatibility is further found to be a key factor in SMEs deciding to use
blockchain in their supply chains.

Author | : | Debasish Prusty,Dr. Umesh Solanki |
Abstract | : |
Climate change is a grave systemic risk and one of the most formidable
threats to the stability of the global financial system. The transition to a
low-carbon economy requires a reallocation of capital and global
financial flows. Against this backdrop through this paper we find out the
response to the research question of whether there is a need to design
and implement a long term clean energy transition strategy for emerging
market and developing economies demonstrating India as an example.
The developing countries have to ensure affordable and reliable energy
to all and reduce its dependence on fossil-based energy taking into
account the challenges of lack of availability of adequate financial
resources, constrains in the deployment of cost intensive technology at
commercial scale and bridging the capacity building gaps. We have
conducted systematic literature review on this aspect. Based on the
identified research gaps and supplementing the inputs received through
interactions and interviews held with the relevant subject experts,
