Name : Bridging Knowledge based Human Resource Practices and Employee Retention: The Integrative Role of Innovation Work behavior, Social Capital, and Knowledge-Sharing Behavior
Author : Dr. Komal Khalid,Reem Alrehaili
Abstract :
The main objective of this research is to examine how knowledge-based HR practices influence employee retention through social capital and knowledge-sharing behavior and how knowledge-based HR practices affect employee retention through innovative work behavior in both private and public sectors in Saudi Arabia. PLS-SEM was deployed to analyze data and examine the study's hypotheses. Data were gathered through a self-administered questionnaire distributed using a purposive sampling technique from a sample of 249 participants. The findings highlight that innovative work behavior positively and significantly mediates the association between knowledge-based HR practices and employee retention. Additionally, a serial indirect effect of social capital and knowledge-sharing behavior positively influenced the relationship between knowledge-based HR practices and employee retention. This study used a cross-sectional rather than a longitudinal research design, which is a limitation. To generalize the result, more extensive research is needed to investigate further the relationship between knowledge-based HR practices and employee retention. This model can be applied to other sectors and services. This research offers valuable theoretical and practical implications and extends the social exchange theory. Organizations should focus on knowledge-based HR practices to increase employee retention by supporting innovative ideas with resources and incentives. Knowledge-based HR practices can help organizations retain employees through career development, mentoring, and coaching.

Author : Dr. Bilal Ahmad Pandow,Dr. Faheem Masoodi,Haider Ali Punjabi
Abstract :
In the midst of India's staggering 676 million COVID-19 cases, trailing only the United States, the International Monetary Fund anticipated a 6.3% growth in 2024, juxtaposed with significant job losses across its 36 states and Union Territories. This paper meticulously examined the multifaceted impact of COVID-19 on unemployment, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and the capital market. It intricately explored the banking sector's involvement in COVID-19-related fatalities in Jammu and Kashmir through the application of multivariate regression analysis. Key findings underscored a pronounced negative effect on unemployment, peaking at 23.5% nationally and 16.2% in Jammu and Kashmir. Despite economic turbulence, the capital market displayed resilience, manifesting an upward trajectory with a marginal downturn. Notably, the Nifty-50 index surpassed the significant milestone of 11,000, while market volumes remained steadfast.

Name : Analyzing the Effects of Counselling on Students Performance: A Bibliometric Analysis of Past Two Decades (2004-2024)
Author : Dr Kamal Kant,Pooja Nihalani,Dimple Sharma,Dr Jampala Maheshchandra Babu
Abstract :
Abstract This bibliometric analysis investigates the impact of counselling on student performance by examining 366 research articles published between 2004 and 2024, sourced from journals indexed in the Scopus database. Utilising the PRISMA (“Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses”) method to make the selection of articles, this study meticulously curated a dataset to reflect the depth of the existing literature. The analysis focuses on quantifying trends in research themes, geographical distribution, publication frequency, and the evolution of theoretical frameworks over the two decades. Key performance indicators derived from counselling interventions are synthesised to assess their effectiveness across diverse educational settings and demographic groups. Statistical techniques are employed to evaluate correlations between counselling strategies and academic outcomes, highlighting significant predictors of student success. Our research findings enhance the comprehension of the ever-changing impact of counselling in the field of education, providing a comprehensive review for educators, policymakers, and future research directions in enhancing student performance through targeted psychological interventions. This study not only charts the scholarly landscape of educational counselling but also underscores the critical intersections between mental health support and academic achievement. Author : Dr. Pushpkant Shakdwipee,Dr. Prashant Singh,Dr. Vineet Chouhan,Dr. Shubham Goswami
Abstract :
Abstract: Stock exchanges play a crucial role in the development of any country, serving as the fundamental building blocks for economic progress. Similarly, capital markets serve as the bedrock of a nation's financial system. Therefore, the expansion of global Stock Markets is closely correlated with the economic output of each nation. It is evident from recent years that the stock markets have grown to accommodate the unfulfilled demands. An enhancement in the stock market has been established, resulting in the production of various items to fulfil the demands. Commodities and financial markets are accurate illustrations. The objective of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the SME exchange offers enterprises a fresh platform via which they may transition to the exchange's main board. As of 2022, a total of 100 firms have been migrated from the NSE Emerge to the NSE mainboard market. The objective of this article is to assess the performance of firms who have transitioned from the SME's exchange to the Main board of the NSE market. We conducted a survey of 100 firms from the NSE Emerge using the ANOVAtest in SPSS. The purpose of the study was to analyse the performance of these companies before and after migrating. The purpose of this research is to determine if migration serves as a means of enhancing the profitability of the moved organisation. We used the statistical technique of ANOVA to analyse the differences between before and after migration returns. Our investigation shows that when a firm chooses to list on the main board (NSE), its shares generally create a positive abnormal return, however this was not shown to be statistically significant for post-migration return potential.

Name : Using a Structural Equation Modelling Approach to Figure out How Personality Types Affect Happiness at Work
Author : Dr K Subramani,Dr D David Winster Praveenraj,Melvin Victor,Dr. Vinaya Sachin Naik,Sohaib Alam
Abstract :
The main goal of education change should be to make teachers happy at work, which should include the growth of psychological factors. A dynamic process or model of conflict happiness is sought for by the study, based on the big five psychological qualities. The technique uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to create the model. The results of the study demonstrated that employee happiness at work is influenced by each of the "big five" personality types: extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness, and neuroticism. The existence of variables that act as factors that affect how happy teachers are at work is the dependent variable. The information came from 384 teachers who work at universities in Delhi and the NCR that are recognized by the UGC. Quota sampling was used for the study, and the sample was split between government universities, private universities, and others (deemed and to-be deemed universities). The study's results show that the five main personality types have a big impact on how happy university teachers are at work. Additionally, it's important to think about how these personality traits relate to things like personal ideals, job requirements, and organisational culture. Taking into account the practical effects of the Big Five personality types at work can help companies come up with strategies and interventions that boost job satisfaction, employee engagement, and total company performance.
