Name | : | Bridging Knowledge based Human Resource Practices and Employee Retention: The Integrative Role of Innovation Work behavior, Social Capital, and Knowledge-Sharing Behavior |
Author | : | Dr. Komal Khalid,Reem Alrehaili |
Abstract | : |
The main objective of this research is to examine how knowledge-based
HR practices influence employee retention through social capital and
knowledge-sharing behavior and how knowledge-based HR practices
affect employee retention through innovative work behavior in both
private and public sectors in Saudi Arabia. PLS-SEM was deployed to
analyze data and examine the study's hypotheses. Data were gathered
through a self-administered questionnaire distributed using a purposive
sampling technique from a sample of 249 participants. The findings
highlight that innovative work behavior positively and significantly
mediates the association between knowledge-based HR practices and
employee retention. Additionally, a serial indirect effect of social capital
and knowledge-sharing behavior positively influenced the relationship
between knowledge-based HR practices and employee retention. This
study used a cross-sectional rather than a longitudinal research design,
which is a limitation. To generalize the result, more extensive research is
needed to investigate further the relationship between knowledge-based
HR practices and employee retention. This model can be applied to other
sectors and services. This research offers valuable theoretical and
practical implications and extends the social exchange theory.
Organizations should focus on knowledge-based HR practices to
increase employee retention by supporting innovative ideas with
resources and incentives. Knowledge-based HR practices can help
organizations retain employees through career development, mentoring,
and coaching.

Name | : | Measuring SMES Exchange as an Emerging Platform: A Case Study of Indian SME Exchange |
Author | : | Dr. Pushpkant Shakdwipee,Dr. Prashant Singh,Dr. Vineet Chouhan,Dr. Shubham Goswami |
Abstract | : |
Abstract: Stock exchanges play a crucial role in the development of any
country, serving as the fundamental building blocks for economic
progress. Similarly, capital markets serve as the bedrock of a nation's
financial system. Therefore, the expansion of global Stock Markets is
closely correlated with the economic output of each nation. It is evident
from recent years that the stock markets have grown to accommodate the
unfulfilled demands. An enhancement in the stock market has been
established, resulting in the production of various items to fulfil the
demands. Commodities and financial markets are accurate illustrations.
The objective of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the SME
exchange offers enterprises a fresh platform via which they may
transition to the exchange's main board. As of 2022, a total of 100 firms
have been migrated from the NSE Emerge to the NSE mainboard
market. The objective of this article is to assess the performance of firms
who have transitioned from the SME's exchange to the Main board of the
NSE market. We conducted a survey of 100 firms from the NSE Emerge
using the ANOVAtest in SPSS. The purpose of the study was to analyse
the performance of these companies before and after migrating. The
purpose of this research is to determine if migration serves as a means of
enhancing the profitability of the moved organisation. We used the
statistical technique of ANOVA to analyse the differences between
before and after migration returns. Our investigation shows that when a
firm chooses to list on the main board (NSE), its shares generally create a
positive abnormal return, however this was not shown to be statistically
significant for post-migration return potential.

Name | : | Using a Structural Equation Modelling Approach to Figure out How Personality Types Affect Happiness at Work |
Author | : | Dr K Subramani,Dr D David Winster Praveenraj,Melvin Victor,Dr. Vinaya Sachin Naik,Sohaib Alam |
Abstract | : |
The main goal of education change should be to make teachers happy at
work, which should include the growth of psychological factors. A
dynamic process or model of conflict happiness is sought for by the
study, based on the big five psychological qualities. The technique uses a
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to create the model. The
results of the study demonstrated that employee happiness at work is
influenced by each of the "big five" personality types: extraversion,
agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness, and neuroticism. The
existence of variables that act as factors that affect how happy teachers
are at work is the dependent variable. The information came from 384
teachers who work at universities in Delhi and the NCR that are
recognized by the UGC. Quota sampling was used for the study, and the
sample was split between government universities, private universities,
and others (deemed and to-be deemed universities). The study's results
show that the five main personality types have a big impact on how
happy university teachers are at work. Additionally, it's important to
think about how these personality traits relate to things like personal
ideals, job requirements, and organisational culture. Taking into account
the practical effects of the Big Five personality types at work can help
companies come up with strategies and interventions that boost job
satisfaction, employee engagement, and total company performance.
