Abstract :
Achievement of employee loyalty has become a critical task for the HR practitioner. Loyalty defines itself as being loyal, for something, or in favor of someone. When the employees do work in the favor of the organization as consider themselves fully committed towards the organization and brings the organization to the top place where the top authority wants, loyalty exists there. The purpose of this paper is to explore the antecedents of employee loyalty using NVIVO v12 software. Findings revealed that antecedents based on frequency occurrence (word frequency) and which are revolving around the word “loyalty” (word cloud) are job crafting, empowerment, enrichment, trust, job satisfaction, work-life policies. Job satisfaction is highly attributed to employee loyalty.

Abstract :
The purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of the Brexit on the IFRS and GAAP UK in the post-Brexit period. The article considers three possible options for such development: 1) continued application of IFRS (EU) by the UK listed companies; 2) creation of a national mechanism for approval of IFRS, similar to the EU; 3) adoption of IFRS without any intervention by the British authorities. As a result, each of the possible development of IFRS and GAAP UK was observed with an estimation of advantages and disadvantages. The research methods based on the quantitative collection of primary data, positivism research philosophy, deductive research approach with elements of descriptive content analysis are considered as important contributions to the research methodology of the Brexit impact investigation. As a result, it was obtained that the British government will choose the path of approval of IFRS in the UK after Brexit similar to the Australian scenario. This means that the new British Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards Board (ARGA), under the control of the British government, will strictly control the current and future development of the IASB standards.

Name : Role of Perceived Organizational Support in Predicting Organizational Commitment- Perception of IT Employees

Abstract :
The present research is an attempt to scrutinize the relation between organizational support and commitment. The research was undertaken among the employees working in Indian IT organizations situated in North India using a structured questionnaire. Social Exchange and norm of reciprocity theories were considered as a framework for the study. The data collected from 400 respondents was analyzed using SPSS. Correlation and regression techniques were employed to achieve the framed objectives and the results discovered that POS and organizational commitment are significantly related. The regression analysis provides an evidence that POS helps in improving the organizational commitment. The study concludes that employees receiving support from the organizations have higher commitment level towards their organizations.
