Author | : | Leyla Şenol,Burcu Üzüm,Osman Seray Özkan,Okan Şeneldir |
Abstract | : |
The research is designed to examine the role of task performance in the relationship between the use of emotion and job satisfaction. task performance (TP) and job satisfaction (JS) in the real estate sector (RES) in Turkey. The research also investigates the function of (mediating) TP regarding theconnection betwen UOE and JS in RES. Our study is based on RES professionals and is quantitatively designed. The research's measurement and structural model analyses were performed using the SmartPLS 4 software. In the study, it was found that TP and JS are the successors of UOE. It was also determined that TP mediates the relationship between UOE and JS.Conservation of resources theory (CORT) illuminates the relationships that the research addresses. Using CORT, this research illuminates how individual resources (UOE) can enhance work resources (TP-JS). Cross-sectional design and convenience sampling method are the some limitations. The research develops the literature on use of emotion in the RES, presents its practical and theoretical contributions, discusses the results and makes recommendations.

Name | : | Antecedents, Decisions & Outcomes of Sustainable Luxury Consumer Behaviour: A Systematic Literature Review & Future Research Agenda |
Author | : | Dr. Vijay Prakash Gupta,Akanksha Aggarwal,Sai Alekya Ramavarapu |
Abstract | : |
The study presents a systematic literature review on sustainable luxury consumption behaviour (SLCB) in the light of SDG 12 and translates the findings of that literature into usable insights for researchers, marketers and policymakers. Using the antecedents, decisions and outcomes (ADO) framework, this study seeks to consolidate the area intersection between diametrically opposed ideas of luxury and sustainability. Based on extensive coverage of 57 studies published over a period of 17 years between 2005-2022, nascent literature on sustainable luxury consumption is reviewed. Three primary streams of research were identified: (1) how consumers purchase luxury items (2) how consumers use or consume luxury items (3) how consumers dispose luxury items, all three rooted in the generic attitudes of luxury consumers in their interactions with sustainability to lay out variables that pinpoint the aforementioned behavioural trends. The study also discusses influences of particular gender on SLCB. This study bears implications for managers, environmentalists, consumers and luxury enthusiasts.

Name | : | Examining Customer Satisfaction with Recommender Systems: Impact of Personalization and Diversification |
Author | : | Amrita Todarwal,Dr. Narendra Singh Chawda |
Abstract | : |
The efficiency of e-commerce recommendation systems from the customer perspective is a critical area of study, particularly concerning the impact of personalized and diversified recommendations. This research investigates the implications of personalized recommendations on e-commerce platforms, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficiency. Additionally, it explores the effects of diversified recommendations on the effectiveness of recommendation systems in enhancing customer satisfaction. The exponential growth of the e-commerce market has intensified the need for streamlined shopping experiences. Personalized recommender systems have emerged as vital tools for global companies, offering tailored product suggestions based on individual preferences. These systems aim to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and increase conversion rates by presenting relevant products to users. However, there is a growing concern regarding the repetitive nature of recommendations, potentially limiting customer engagement. Furthermore, while accuracy has traditionally been a key metric for evaluating recommender systems, diversity has gained significance in recent studies. Balancing accuracy and diversity poses a challenge, as maximizing one metric may compromise the other. Achieving an optimal balance is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and overall system efficiency. By examining the impact of these recommendation strategies on customer satisfaction and efficiency, this research aims to contribute to the ongoing discussion on improving e-commerce recommendation systems.

Name | : | The Impact of Instagram on the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in Ukraine |
Author | : | Nataliia Havrilenko,Dmytro Verzhykovskyi,Kateryna Larina,Daria Kovalenko-Savchuk ,Viktoriia Cherednychenko |
Abstract | : |
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ukraine are evolving in a highly competitive environment, necessitating the pursuit of innovative and efficient tools for product promotion and the expansion of consumer and client bases. Instagram has emerged as a robust platform for marketing goods and services. In light of the relevance of this topic, the present study aims to synthesize contemporary trends in SMEs' utilization of Instagram for marketing. The research employs a correlation-regression analysis method, demonstrating a significant relationship between the efforts of social media marketing (SMM) specialists and the effectiveness of product promotion on social media, as indicated by follower growth. Analyzing social media usage patterns reveals that these platforms, frequently used for communication and attention capture, present opportunities to create additional advertising content to inform consumers about the producer's product range. The study finds that the most effective tools in designing and executing an Instagram-based SMM strategy include targeted advertising, influencer collaborations, and advertisements on popular public accounts. A gradual and phased implementation of these strategies is shown to enhance the market positioning of SMEs significantly. Key challenges in developing product promotion systems through social media include ensuring data protection and creating an effective marketing strategy, particularly for businesses that still need a physical presence.
