Name | : | Common Goals, Extraordinary Outcomes: Follower-Leader Goal Congruence's Influence on Inclusive Leadership and Extra-Role Behavior |
Author | : | Deniz Devrim Tasdemir,Lutfi Surucu,Mustafa Bekmezci |
Abstract | : |
This research delves into the dynamic interplay between FollowerLeader Goal Congruence (FC), Inclusive Leadership (IL), and ExtraRole Behavior (EXB), exploring the profound influence of shared goals
on organizational dynamics. Utilizing a comprehensive approach, the
study investigates how aligning goals between followers and leaders
contributes to the manifestation of IL practices and the subsequent
engagement in EXBs within the organizational context. The
methodology involves using established scales to measure FC, IL, and
EXB, ensuring robustness in the data collection process. Validity and
reliability analyses confirm the credibility of the utilized measures.
Correlation analyses reveal positive relationships between IL and FC
and IL and EXB and a significant positive link between FC and EXB.
Further scrutiny through hypothesis testing, also employing the Process
Macro, establishes that IL has a positive effect on both FC (β= 0.462,
SE=0.071, 95% CI = 0.344, 0.759) and EXB (β= 0.335, SE=0.052, 95%
CI = 0.235, 0.521). Additionally, the impact of FC on EXB is positive
and significant (β= 0.301, SE=0.068, 95% CI = 0.189, 0.425). Notably,
the confidence intervals provide strong evidence for the support of all
hypotheses.

Name | : | A Study of Key Challenges Faced by Farmers in Moving from Inorganic, Commercial Farming to Organic Farming |
Author | : | Dr. J. Shreemali,Dr.H.Shrimali,Nitin Menaria,Gunjan Mathur,Mohit Nagda |
Abstract | : |
Fertilizers are a necessary requirement to enrich the soil and meet the
growing food requirements of global population. With Indian population
crossing the 1.4 Billion mark in 2021 and approaching 1.44 Billion in
April 2024, the requirement of food grains and other food products will
continue to pose continual challenges [19]. Fertilizers can be broadly
classified as Organic or Inorganic based on their source. While organic
fertilizers present immense advantages as regards environmental
impact, the requirement of inorganic fertilizers emerges from their
ability to provide more nutrition to soil over an extended period of time
leading to an overall cost advantage from their use. The case with
pesticides is similar with farmers having the option or organic or
synthetic pesticides providing similar benefits. This study was carried
out for farmers in the districts on the border of Rajasthan and Madhya
Pradesh to assess their preferences and the challenges they face in
moving to organic farming. Famers of four districts (Neemuch,
Mandsaur, Pratapgarh and Chittorgarh) participated in the survey.
Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire and
analysed statistically to test seven different hypotheses based on the Ztest for a 5% level of significance (α). Atotal of 157 farmers responded to
the questionnaire and seven hypotheses were tested based on their
responses. The responses by farmers demonstrate a need to further
develop upon and better utilize the efforts of Agricultural Department to
provide better seeds, balanced approach to plant protection as well as
adding of fertilizers and automated harvesting since these steps will
increase farm produce as well as the income of farmers.

Author | : | Dr. Akshaya Kumar Mohanty, Dr. Evelina Sahay, CA. (Dr.) Jai Kotecha,Niyomi Bertram Fonseca,Dr. Sangeeta Shashikant Shinde |
Abstract | : |
Purpose: Finding the variables influencing Indian commercial banks'
sustainable performance was the goal of the study. An additional
objective of the study was to investigate the link between Fintech
Adoption (FA), Green Finance (GF), and Green Innovation (GI), and
their influence on the Sustainable Performance (SP) of commercial
banks in India.
Research Methodology: A well-defined questionnaire was used to
collect primary data from employees of a few selected commercial
banks in Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram in order to achieve this.
Consequently, 388 served as the final sample size for this study. SEM
shows the hypothesis testing and path analysis results of hypothesized
model. Further, AMOS-SEM was used to establish the association
between dependent and independent variables in 388 samples.
Findings: The reliability and validity of the model constructs have been
checked by using CFA technique with the help of AMOS-SPSS version
20. The mean values of all statements were found to be higher than
average, which means respondents agreed with the survey statements.
Descriptive statistics also displayed standard deviation values. The
results of path analysis indicated that FA, GI, and GF have a positive
impact on SP, which means H1, H4, and H5 are supported. Further, a
positive association of FA has been found with GF and FI, which means
H2 and H3 are also accepted.
