Name | : | Identification of Success & Failure Factors in Roads/Highways Infrastructure Development Project Involving PPP in India |
Author | : | Dr . Shraddha Verma,Dr.Amit Mishra |
Abstract | : |
India has prioritized road and highway infrastructure expansion with
Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and has established a great bar
for venture capital incursions. However, it is generally assumed that
roads or highways infrastructure work has not continued to evolve at a
requisitestride and that PPProad or highway infrastructure projects have
been plagued by multiple footraces and project delays, thereby
jeopardizing project success or failure. This paper examines the crucial
success aspects&failure factors of roads or highways infrastructure
projects that are part of a public-private partnership in India. Using
different approaches, a survey questionnaire was donebetween samples
of stakeholders in road or highways infrastructure projects to recognize
the CSF (critical success factor) and CFF (critical failure factor) at
altogether four foremost project phases. The critical factors were first
identified by rating them according to their average or mean score. To
consider the critical success/failure variables, the predictable RII score
was scrapped long ago. Lastly, the crucial success &failure factors were
acknowledgedgrounded on stakeholder ranking and their relationship.
The calculations revealed a stronger link between the various methods
and a higher level of agreement amid project stakeholders on the acute
success factors and failure aspects of road or highwaysinvolving PPP
infrastructure projects.

Name | : | Loneliness in Workplace: The Dilemma of Identification with the Organization |
Author | : | H.Tezcan Uysal ,Fatma Yılmaz Kılıçkaya |
Abstract | : |
The goals of this study are to examine employees' perceived levels of
organizational identification (OI) in terms of their sense of workplace
loneliness (WL), to determine whether there is a significant relationship
between these concepts and, if any WL exists for an employee, to reveal
its role in a workplace on the employees' OI. A significant and negative
relationship was found between WL and OI; a significant and negative
relationship was found between the independent sub-variable,
emotional deprivation, and OI. Also, a significant and positive
relationship was found between social friendships and OI. It was found
that a 1 unit increase in the emotional deprivation sub-dimension caused
an increase of 0.111 units on OI, and a 1 unit increase in the social
friendship sub-dimension caused an increase of 0.836 units on one's OI.

Name | : | Implications of Goods and Service tax on Revenue Productivity of Indian States: A Panel Data Analysis |
Author | : | Shubham Garg,Priyanka,Karam Pal Narwal,Sanjeev Kumar |
Abstract | : |
The government of India has implemented the Goods and Service Tax in
July 2017 in India to remove the weaknesses in the Value Added
Taxation system. The implementation of GST has started a debate
among state governments that the adoption of GST will adversely
impact their revenue collection. Therefore, the current study tries to
examine the implication of GST on the revenue productivity of Indian
states via panel regression analysis. The result indicates that the adoption
of the GST has improved the revenue productivity of the states.
However, the results affirm that richer states have greater revenue
productivity from the adoption of the GST which may widen the gap of
existing inter-state disparity as GST collection contribute a major share
in Own Tax Revenue of the Indian states in aggregate.

Name | : | Venture Capital Financing in India |
Author | : | Dr. Shelly |
Abstract | : |
In this era of investment when innovation and technology based business
ideas thrive Venture Capital, a relatively new financial service, has
emerged primarily to help first generation entrepreneurs translate their
business ideas into realities. It has played key role in establishing many
successful business enterprises around the globe, especially in US.
Besides providing capital for idea based enterprises, who may not be
able to get required assistance from traditional financial institutions,
venture capitalists also reinforce their presence as value creators through
their long term association with investee firms. As far as India is
concerned, venture capitalists might not have been as established as their
western counterparts are, but in the last ten years they have become of
age and worked hard in setting up an alternate investment universe to
evolve and boost the entrepreneurial startup ecosystem in the country.
The present paper is an endeavor which examines theoretical framework
of venture capital financing, and also analyses the Indian scenario in
terms of evolution, trends, regulations and challenges faced by venture
capital funds in the country. It is concluded that if thriving ecosystem for
venture capital financing is created by concerted efforts undertaken by
regulatory bodies, GOI and VCFs themselves, this alternate investment
vehicle can become a pillar to reckon with in economic development of
the country.

Author | : | Dr. Somnath Das |
Abstract | : |
In this study we give emphasis on FMCG sector. Seven popular FMCG
companies have been selected for analysis. Profitability analysis of the
selected companies with the help of Wilks' Lambda and multiple
discriminant analysis is the main objective of this study. For this reason
different financial ratios like Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover
Ratio, Operating Profit Margin, Earning per Share, Dividend Pay-out
Ratio, Return on Capital Employed, Cash Profit Margin, Equity
Multiplier and Current ratio are used. These companies are segregated
into highly profitable and less profitable companies on the basis of
Return on Net Worth. Among the nine ratios three ratios namely
Dividend Pay-out ratio, Earning per share and Return on Capital
Employed are the significant ratios due to their discriminatory power.
Dividend pay-out ratio has the highest impact on profitability and it

Author | : | Himani Obera,Ila Mehrotra Anand |
Abstract | : |
Purpose: The main purpose of the present study is to understand the
negative consequences of workplace ostracism in the form of adverse
event encountered by healthcare practitioners. The second major and
unique aim was to establish resilience as a moderator which buffers the
impact of workplace ostracism.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The approach used in this study is
phenomenography, based on non-dualistic ontological perspective
which investigates an individual's experiences of a phenomenon and
also emphasize on understanding the different ways in which a
phenomenon can be experienced and realised. The phenomenographic
approach helped us to prepare a varied set of categories of description
which is derived from the doctor's perception and understanding about
the phenomenon of ostracism at their workplace.A total of 50 currently
practicing medical doctors were approached at their work place for the
data collection using purposive sampling technique. The respondents
i.e. doctors were selected by asking some screening questions. However,
only 18 of them were found to be qualified after the screening for a
meaningful contribution to our study. Further, the data collected from
these 18 respondent doctors through a semi-structured interview process
which was later analyzed by employing a seven-stage analysis &

Name | : | Blockchain Technology Applications and Cryptocurrencies: Current Practice and Future Trends |
Author | : | Kusuma Kumari B M,Ahmad Ali AlZubi,Kharzhevskyi Viacheslav,Shabnam Sayyad |
Abstract | : |
There are several benefits to using technology to create new methods.
Blockchain technology delivers openness and a secure mechanism for
business solutions. By examining contemporary commercial opinions,
instances, and research, it also focuses on the energy industry and the
state of the economy. In bitcoin, the transaction is finished after the
miner adds the transaction information to the blockchains that are
processed. On the other hand, creating a suitable bitcoin method, which
takes time, is essential. The gaming industry is seeing an increase in the
use of cryptography, which presents a significant potential for study and
evaluation collaboration with platforms to define the operation. This
experimental investigation's main goal is to investigate how widely used
cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and blockchain technology are in India.
Researchers can learn more from the investigation about the prospect,
risks, and potential applications of blockchain within the Indian public
industry. This research was done to gather crucial data from Indian
citizens using an online data collection technology to meet the research
objectives. Descriptive statistics and SEM have thus been used to
investigate the causative link between explanatory variables and
individuals' intent to utilize given the sample size of (n = 376).
According to this research, knowledge and perceived trust are two
relatively important characteristics that influence whether or not people
plan to utilize Bitcoin in the future.
