Abstract | : |
Looking to the present scenario of VUCA world, i.e. volatile, uncertain,
complex and ambiguous world, where there is no certainty in salary
income and job prospects, one has to consider the planning of personal
finance to improve the economic condition of oneself and that is why it
needs to understand the performance of the several investment avenues
for the wealth management practices. It is observed that, traditionally
preferred investment avenues in India like property, gold and bank FDs
are not appearing to be as lucrative as before. Hence an attempt is made
here to understand the performance of the systematic Investment plan
and its return which can be derived by the potential investor. Therefore, it
is required to determine the growth and development in the Indian

Name | : | An Optimized Hybrid Model for Price Deviation Evaluation based on Neural Network |
Author | : | Yaser Ahmad Arabyat,Samerra'a Ziad Al-oqaily,Dyala M. Aldebei,Dyala M. Aldebei |
Abstract | : |
As a strong displaying approach, neural networks have been broadly
utilized in finance and financial forecasting. Scientific and fair tradingtype open-end index fund (ETF) option pricing is favorable to
maximizing the risk hedging function of the ETF, but it is also a
sophisticated modelling procedure that necessitates a thorough
understanding of market laws and economic importance. Based on
China SSE 50 ETF, Harvest CSI 300 ETF, and high-frequency option
data of 300ETF from Berry, this paper proposes another hybrid
modelling method that consolidates the settled long-short-term memory
neural network model (NLSTM) with the Heston model to acknowledge
dynamic rectification of ETF choice price deviations. The research
results show that the volatility characteristics of different types of ETF
option prices are significantly different. Whether it is based on the BS
pricing model or the Heston pricing model, it is difficult to accurately
describe the complex changes in ETF option prices. By combining the
NLSTM neural network model with the Heston model, it can effectively
capture the dynamic changes of different types of ETF options, thereby
improving the accuracy of ETF option pricing.

Name | : | Performance of State Road Transport Corporations: Some Assessments and Reflections of Two Indian Cities |
Author | : | Partha Ghosh |
Abstract | : |
The efficiency of an organisation should be used to evaluate its
performance. This is especially true in the case of State Road Transport
Undertakings (SRTUs). SRTUs are accountable to the public for how
much of the money they use from the public exchequer. The study
discusses the efficiency of two SRTUs in India, in particular, Delhi
Transport Corporation (DTC) and Bangalore Metropolitan Transport
Corporation (BMTC). Every year, DTC makes headlines for massive
financial losses, whereas BMTC performs reasonably well. The study is
based on secondary data from various records and reports. Selected
variables concerning the efficiency of SRTUs were identified to carry
out the analysis. When the results were compared, it was discovered that
the DTC has a lot of room to improve its efficiency by making the best
use of its resources.

entrepreneurship as a career path.
Design/Methodology: Data were gathered from a sample of 350
Graduate & Post-graduate students from technical universities using a

Name | : | Attitude towards Tipping: A Preliminary Study |
Author | : | Eric Newman, PhD |
Abstract | : |
Tipping is associated with restaurant service and part of the server's
planned income. Tipping is voluntary and consumers do not all tip the
same. Technological advances and environmental factors like the
pandemic continue to change restaurant dining. This preliminary study
looks at consumer attitudes toward restaurant tipping in general. Tipping
attitudes were measured with attitude toward the brand scales. The
participants were asked their attitudes and tipping behavior for both
server ordering and self-ordering food at moderately priced restaurants.
Study results showed participants tipped significantly differently when
self-ordering compared to ordering with a server. Consumers who felt
very strongly about tipping when ordering from a server tipped 20% or
more while the majority did not feel strongly about tipping when selfordering and did not tip. Attitude toward tipping could be a predictor of
tipping behavior.

Name | : | Fintech Innovations: A Bibliometric Study & Future Research Agenda |
Author | : | Dr. Vijay Joshi |
Abstract | : |
This bibliometric study aims to understand the academic developments
in Financial Technology (Fintech) based innovations. The technological
disruption post-pandemic era has propelled researchers to mull over the
disruptions caused by fintech firms. Disruptive Fintech innovations and
their impact on the Banking industry are one of the grand challenges to
be contemplated by researchers. Bibliometric tools and techniques as a
methodology have been adopted to delve deeper into fintech
innovations. Web of Science database revealed 211 documents based on
the keyword search for2017 to 2022. After applying inclusion criteria
like Web of Science Categories Business, Management, Economics, and
Business Finance, total of 124articles were selected as the final sample
to review the fintech innovations. The Bibliometrix package of r
(programming language) has been used to process the data. The
bibliometric study revealed six themes (1) Innovation, (2) Impact, (3)
Adoption, (4) Management, (5) Firms, and (6) Strategy; as potential
areas for further exploration. One of the theoretical groundings of
fintech innovation is disruptive innovation. The study provides input to
policymakers, working professionals and academicians.

Name | : | Ethical Climate: Exploring the Knowledge Base |
Author | : | Konuralp Sezgili |
Abstract | : |
The ethical climate concept has emerged as an influential paradigm in
the 1990s, following the study of business ethics centered on corporate
scandals. Extensive studies and reviews have been fueled by thirty years
of knowledge accumulation. However, few bibliometric studies are
conducted, and none focus on the knowledge base.Using bibliometric
analyses, this study aims to investigate knowledge base for ethical
climate from 1988 to 2022.Authors, journals, and documents were
initially examined in terms of production, citation, and co-citation
analyses using an integrated thematic approach.Next, the conceptual
patterns through co-occurrence analyses and the structure of
international collaboration were investigated. Bibliometric analyses
show that the rapidly growing body of literature in the 2000s has shifted
its focus to areas like sales and marketing and, particularly, the nursing
environment. The study provides readers with a roadmap and
recommendations for further study.

the previous 28 years were extracted. An aggregate of 1811 research
articles was analysed from 2385 total articles explored. Bibliometric
applications and indicators like VOS viewer and MS excel program
were used to do the analysis.
Findings- The analysis depicts the process of publication (R2=0.74)
was ascending. Among the most cited papers, the dominance of
developed countries has been analysed and the scope of improvement

Name | : | Impact of Bank-Specific, Industry-Specific and Macroeconomic Variables on Profitability: An Empirical Study on Indian Banks |
Author | : | Dr. Nitashree Barman |
Abstract | : |
The present study estimates the impact of economic variables
influencing the profitability of 37 Indian banks from 2004–2005 to
2019–2020 using a random-effects model and GMM estimator. The
estimation result shows that bank-specific determinants, viz. capital
adequacy, net interest income to total assets, diversification, and
employee productivity have influenced Indian banks' profitability
positively, whereas, higher amount of operating expenses and poor asset
quality eroded profitability during the study period. Market competition
is evident to be significant determinant of profitability for the Indian
banking industry, whereas, bank merger has an insignificant positive
impact. The banking regulators could not anticipate inflation accurately
and consequently, failed to adjust the interest rate and bank managers
also failed to curtail expenses during the inflationary period. The
fluctuation of the exchange rate reduced banks' profitability significantly
during the study period.
