Name | : | Credit Risk Management and Bank Performance: Analyzing Aftermath through Case Study Approach |
Author | : | Dr. Shweta Gupta , Dr. Monty Kanodia |
Abstract | : |
The stability and growth of a bank depend on the efficient management
of credit risk associated with its operations. In this study, credit risk
management has been examined to determine whether Indian banks
perform better economically as a result of managing their credit through
the case study approach. In this instance, liabilities and NPAs represent
independent variables with respect to credit risk management while
ROA has been taken into account when considering the dependent
variable, for which the impact has been determined through correlation
and regression analysis. The observations of the results indicate that
credit risk management has a significant bearing on bank performance
when represented by liabilities but not in the case of NPA. It has been
recommended to monitor and control risks associated with granting
credit by the banks, so that the smooth functioning of banks would not be
hampered and their long-term stability, profitability and growth can be
ensured.

Name | : | Evaluating the Role of Sustainable Economic Growth on Environmental Sustainability: Fresh insights from ARDL Approach |
Author | : | Muhammad Mohsin,Mad Nasir Shamsudin |
Abstract | : |
Globalization has facilitated the development of contemporary
economies and connected individuals worldwide, among other
technological advancements and resource development. It is simple to
overlook how rapidly industrialization and economic growth have
affected biodiversity due to globalization. Unquestionably,
globalization has contributed to the destruction of our world, from
pollution to climate change and global warming. To verify the
associations between the variables, a linear ARDL (autoregressive
distributed lag) technique was applied. Results indicate that GDP and
CO2 emission are related to each other in the long run, whereas the
confirmation of EKC is also strongly confirmed with the sign of GDP2.
Energy use and urban population are positively significant at a 1%
confidence level.

Author | : | Abdulrhman Alkhanifer,Ahmad Mohammed Alamri |
Abstract | : |
Presently, a survey reflects on research issues involving the complexity
of the strategic planning, cognitive tests of policy planners, and
computerized support for planning approaches that use artificial
intelligence techniques. A non-linear financial intelligence mixedinteger framework (NFIMF) is proposed to support strategic
management decisions in IT-based business. Furthermore, Counter
interpretation of financial performance improvements with a lower cost
has been developedin this research. Consequently, a model-based
method for analyzing these early phases using artificial intelligence
helps create a strategic decision to analyze unstructured behavior. This
paper is intended to establish a better measuring structure and an
effective strategic cost management evaluation system. There aretwo
main parts of the article: to find a way of accurately measuring strategic
costs and then to use it more closely. The numerical findings show that
the proposed NFIMF method achieves high Firms' performance ratio of
98.9%, prediction ratio of 97.4%, an efficiency ratio of 96.2%, values,
and a firm's profitability ratio of 95.6% and cost reduction ratio of 10.1%
when compared to other existing approaches.

Name | : | A Comprehensive Review of the Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Self-Esteem on Social Adaptation in Adults |
Author | : | Dimple Sharma , Junaid Hushain |
Abstract | : |
This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the body of knowledge to
determine how emotional intelligence (EI) and self-esteem (SE) affect
an individual's social adjustment during adulthood. We explore relevant
research to understand how these factors impact one's ability to handle
social settings effectively. Together, these studies provide compelling
evidence that individuals with a more significant level of emotional
Intelligence (EI) and good self-esteem (SE) should react to stressful
situations more adaptable than individuals with lower EI and negative
SE, including reducing reactivity (less psychological deterioration, less
physiological arousal), and recovering from stressful situations more
quickly as considered. Even though the fundamental mechanisms
through which emotional intelligence and self-esteem are related to
those outcomes remain largely unknown. This study identifies important
areas that still require attention and offers detailed guidelines for
designing, implementing, and evaluating future treatments that promote
emotional intelligence and self-esteem, leading to better adult social
adaptability.

Author | : | Mamta Sandip Solanki,Dr. Joby Thomas |
Abstract | : |
This paper aims to analyze the region-wise trends in the global tourism
industry for the past 15 years. The study has adopted a mixed approach,
and the data from United Nations World Tourism Organization
(UNWTO) along with World Bank Open Data from 2005-2021 has been
analyzed. The region-wise analysis on four parameters has been done
viz., 1) Number of establishments, 2) Average length of stay, 3)
Occupancy rate / bed-places (Percent), and 4) International
touristarrivals. The study found that the hotels were not occupied to their
full strength, and the number of international tourists dipped, except in
the Virgin Islands (U.S), which witnessed a 4.48-time tourist arrival in
2020 compared to 2018. The results also show that the number of
establishments globally and the average length of stay have remained
almost constant, with few countries showing signs of increased stay over
time. The study also finds that global and government intervention and a
strategy to develop scenario planning that countries can adopt during
uncertainty are required
