Author | : | Priyanka Bhaskar |
Abstract | : |
Rural tourism takes place outside of cities, usually in the countryside and
is a great way to relax and rejuvenate for emotional & mental wellbeing
of the people. Nearly 70% of the people in India live in rural regions.
Rural tourism directly helps in boosting the economy of rural areas by
creating opportunities for businesses, income and jobs. It helps keep arts
and crafts alive, builds infrastructure and protects the environment and
cultural heritage in rural areas towards a sustainable future for
generations. India is struggling to figure out how to use rural tourism as a
tool for rural development in order to improve economic growth and
economic development. The goal of the study is to find out if Rajasthan's
tourism industry has reached its full potential or to judge the success of
rural tourism in Rajasthan and its subsequent marketing strategy in terms
of creating jobs and improving the socio-economic status of the local
community. The paper also talks about the role played by important
factors like safety and security, the host's attitude, road transport,
lodging and boarding facilities, communication and language, the
natural environment, entertainment, tourist products, pricing for tourist
products and tourist satisfaction in the growth of rural tourism in
Rajasthan. The study also discusses how rural tourism in Rajasthan is an
essential source of employment for locals. The goal of this analysis is to
look at the different things that might affect the quality of rural tourism
services in Rajasthan right now. The paper concluded that tourism is not
a perfect solution for all the rural issues, but it has a variety of quality
opportunities that can help with rural development. Rural Tourism can
be one of various alternatives that people in rural regions may examine if
they have a favorable attitude towards tourists in order to improve
production and revenue growth.

Author | : | Wen-JhanJane,Chia-ChiLin,Pei-An Liao |
Abstract | : |
This study tests the positive feedback mechanism by investigating
whether the word-of-mouth (WOM) posted on Facebook about movies
affects the box office revenue. All foreign and domestic movies released
in Taiwan from 2017 to 2018 were merged with the data relating to
volume and valence WOM posted on Facebook by using text mining
techniques. Employing the Two-Stage Least Squares method to address
the endogeneity issue, this study found that Facebook WOM volume and
valence affect box office revenue positively and significantly. The
effects of Facebook WOM on box office revenue, however, did not
change regardless of whether the subject of discussion on Facebook was
a domestic or foreign movie

Name | : | Identifying Factors Affecting Food Inflation in India: A Review of Literature |
Author | : | Annu Kumari |
Abstract | : |
Food Inflation is a grave macroeconomic challenge due to its dynamic,
multifaceted, and complex nature for the monetary policy committee
and the government. Given recent advances in high food inflation, it
becomes crucial to investigate the factors influencing surge in food
prices in India. So, the present study is an attempt to identify the factors
affecting food inflation in India by investigating the extent literature. For
reviewing the extent of literature in this arena, both international and
domestic studies related to food inflation have been considered. In this
review, the seven factors identified namely: the demand and supply gap,
rising agricultural wages, public distribution system, restrictive trade
measures, minimum support prices (MSP), Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana
(BBY), and international commodity prices have been considered for
critical analysis. From this review, it can be concluded that Indian food
inflation has been caused by the increasing gap between the demand and
supply of food items. This gap has broadened due to growth in
population and income; changing consumption pattern that caused
rising demand for protein & vitamin-based food items and supply
shortfalls of such products. There is wider consensus among the existing
literature about the rising agricultural wages post-MGNREGA-induced
food inflation to some extent. Moreover, the policies of government
related to trade (export bans) and food distribution (PDS) were found
associated with food prices in India. Although the price transmission
from the global to domestic market have been prevented to some
extentby restrictive trade measures, the huge body of existing literature
agreed with the negative impact of it on the country's image as an
exporter. Additionally, the moderate effect of international prices on
food inflation was observed except for tradable since the government
resorts to export bans to prevent transmission.

Name | : | Application of Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) in the Food and Beverage Industry |
Author | : | Kusuma Kumari B M,Meena Arora,Ahmad Ali AlZubi,Adorn Verma,Studzinski Andrzej |
Abstract | : |
The blockchain with IoT technology aids organizations in achieving
authenticity across peer-to-peer nodes, including keeping evidence of
work, cutting out mediators, traceability, and so on. Increased input
expenses and supply chain mechanisms that prevent direct connections
between producers and consumers of the food and beverage industry
have an impact on data gathering, safety, and exchange. Because of the
lack of centralized IoT infrastructure, restrictions on data protection,
tampering, and single-point breakdown are not met. The study suggests
an IoT paradigm built on blockchain to overcome these problems.
Additionally, this work demonstrates novel energy savings. This paper
suggests a smart model framework for multiple IoTsystems that observe
crop growth and the agricultural surroundings and offer an open,
decentralized blockchain monitoring system. At many stages of the
supply chain management (SCM) procedures, it can be used in
blockchain. All activities in decentralized supply systems were managed
by smart agreements. Every 500 m2 cluster farm received a sum of 100
IoT units randomly. Nodes from the IoTs were utilized to measure data
on food and beverage production. The suggested frameworks' duration
of network stability and network lifespan show 90.4% accuracy. This
study also collects secondary data from executives in the food and
beverage sectors throughout India with an understanding of blockchain
with IoT and SCM processes. The supply chain operations such as
purchasing, pre-processing, transportation, warehouse, retail,
management of inventory, distribution, and marketing operations were
taken into consideration when analyzing. The blockchain and IoT
offered the biggest benefits, namely cost savings, traceability, time
savings, immutability, validation, and work proof, relying on the
analysis of data.

Abstract | : |
The study focused on customer awareness and preferences towards A2
Ghee in Udaipur, India. A total of 135 respondents were surveyed, and
the results indicated that 76.3% of respondents had heard of A2 Ghee
before, while 66.2% had not consumed it yet. Health benefits were the
primary reason for consuming A2 Ghee, followed by taste and flavor.
The majority of the respondents were willing to pay a premium price for
A2 Ghee and considered availability, quality, taste, and brand reputation
as significant factors when purchasing it. However, the certification of
A2 Ghee was not considered a significant factor. The study recommends
that businesses should focus on improving the taste and quality of A2
Ghee, making it more widely available, educating consumers about its
health benefits, offering competitive pricing, and enhancing packaging

Name | : | Applicability studies of Mintzberg's Models of Strategic Decision Making in the Development of the Nepalese Automobile Market: An Investigation with Reference to Industry 5.0 |
Author | : | Meen Bahadur Karki,Dr. Indrajit Ghosal |
Abstract | : |
The main aim of conducting this research in Nepal's Automobiles Sector
is to find out the problems and to recommend the government and the
auto dealing apex authority, NADA for its scientific management.
Strategic decisions are the handful of decisions that drive or shape most
of an institution's activities, are not easily changed, lasting
comparatively for a long period of time when once made and have the
greatest impact upon organizational performance. Strategy is a grand
concept, but it is the individual strategic decisions which matter in the
organizational development. Descriptive research design was used
taking 257 Samples. SPSS and other statistical design were used to make
findings relevant. Having analyzed the Henry Mintzberg's 4 different
modes of strategic decision making, (Entrepreneurial, Adaptive,
Planning and Logical Incrementalism Mode), primarily it is found the
Entrepreneurial and Adaptive incrementalism mode of decision
making are found relevant and in practice . Planning mode was found to
have comparatively poor application therein. Industry 5.0 concepts are
found partially applicable in a country like Nepal where labors are
abundantly available and the auto market is labor intensive.

Name | : | Measuring Variables of Trust of Consumer's in E-Commerce |
Author | : | Shweta Saroopria,Dr Shanker Chaudhary |
Abstract | : |
E-commerce allows customers to overcome geographical barriers and
allows them to purchase products anytime and from anywhere. Online
and traditional markets have different strategies for conducting
business. Traditional retailers offer fewer assortments of products
because of shelf space where, online retailers often hold no inventory but
send customer orders directly to the manufacture. The pricing strategies
are also different for traditional and online retailers. Traditional retailers
base their prices on store traffic and the cost to keep inventory. Online
retailers base prices on the speed of delivery. This study measures the
variables of the trust in e-commerce in South Rajasthan. For this
purpose, the reviews of over 50 research papers are gathered using
google scholar and the papers having the variables of trust in ecommerce is evaluated using one sample t test and the findings showed

Author | : | Dr. Jagdeep Singh,Dr. Mamta Kumari,Dr. Shivoham Singh |
Abstract | : |
Inventory is the heart and soul of every manufacturing company's supply
chain. In order to reduce procedural waste, ensure error-proof
warehouse operations, properly optimize transport & distribution with
customized vehicles, always ensure damage-free deliveries & real-time
visibility, and foster real-time information sharing among stakeholders,
the automotive industry and related businesses are currently having
difficulty integrating business processes through appropriate
technology. The study's goal was to better understand the effects of
Inventory management practices on SCM performance, and the findings
indicate that inventory management practices have a strong correlation
and a direct impact on SCM performance. Excess inventory might be a
high risk to the company & low inventory may be end up in loss of
opportunity and hence the study suggests that inventory must be at
optimal level, and inventory norms must not be fixed for years but to
review periodically based on the changing consumer need.

Name | : | Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform: A Fully Digitalized Green Financial Platform |
Author | : | Riya Gupta,Dr Tina Shivnani |
Abstract | : |
P2P lending is a form of loan lending in which individuals lend to one
another. The "Peer-to-Peer lending" platform is a unique green business
model because it is an online sustainable business model that connects
borrowers to investors paperless to fulfil their financial (loan) needs.
Borrowers get hassle-free funds at a comparatively lower interest rate,
and investors get a high return. The P2P platform acts as a mediator
(intermediary) who matches lenders with borrowers and helps them with
their financial activity by providing necessary information. The RBI
guidelines show that P2P lending platforms are known as NBFC-P2P,
but investors and borrowers both must pay a specific rate of tax (GST
18%) for availing of this facility. All transaction on this platform is
transparent no any hidden charges are taken by this platform. This
platform helps borrowers and investors fulfil their financial needs.
Borrowers get loans, and investors earn interest. Growth in the P2P
market is increasing due to the transparency system in P2P lending,
which can be attributed to the implementation of technology such as
block chains and smart contracts into lending platforms.
