Abstract :
Engaging and retaining competent personnel is crucial for all businesses since employees' are the most essential and dynamic resource, critical to company's capacity to compete. In hospitality industry, employees are stakeholders of the company that can make or break business, yet face highest attrition rate as compared to other industries. This study attempts to investigate the relationship between employee engagement and employee retention based on the responses of 105 employees from 5-star hotels of major Indian cities, selected using a convenience sampling method. The study also endeavors to investigate the mediating role of perceived organizational support (POS) in the relationship between employee engagement and employee retention. Hayes Process Macros method was used to analyze the mediating role. Pearson's Correlation Analysis and Linear Regression Analysis are used to determine the relationship between employee engagement and retention. Additionally, this research paper aims to study whether or not employee engagement and retention vary with gender and employee level using Independent sample t – Test.

SRM has emerged as a key function in supply chain management (SCM). Currently, businesses are struggling to optimize their supply quality & cost, supply flexibility, supplier innovation, and supplies planning. Since the complexity of the supply chain is high in automobile sector as compared to other manufacturing sectors and hence it demands high level of relationship with the suppliers. The purpose of the study was to understand the impacts of supplier relationship management (SRM) practices on SCM performance and the results imply that SRM practices have high correlation &direct impact on SCM performance. The research concluded that maximum use and optimisation of SRM practices result improved supply chain performance which is desired for each business as it increases the overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

The purpose of the paper is to investigate the relationship between internal branding and organizational citizenship behavior in the hotel industry from the context of Bangladesh. A quantitative approach was employed to gain an understanding regarding the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and internal branding. The sampling method is characterized by convenience sampling and 253employees from various hotels holding different designations were surveyed through a structured questionnaire. Moreover, factor analysis and regression analysis have been carried out to assess the relationship between internal branding and organizational citizenship behavior.

Engagement refers to an individual's response towards a product or service, which is vital for the survival of every organization. The aim of this study is to examine the relevance and progress of the “gamification” and “user engagement” concept on literature available in the Web of Science database and retrieved 259 articles from time period (2013- 2022) by searching the keywords gamification and user engagement in Title, Keywords and Abstract field as well. This study has been based on bibliometric analyses and identified a total of 911 authors, in which Hamari J. was the most prominent author. The maximum number of publication exists in the year 2021.

Abstract :
Objective: The study is aimed at examining the impact of the economic condition on entrepreneurial development in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In particular, the study has examined the impact of economic growth, physical capital, human capital, poverty, and income inequality on entrepreneurial development. Data and methodology:Data is based on 13 different provinces over the period of 21 years from 2000 to 2020. The Panel data method is employed. OLS and fixed effect estimates are employed as the most robust estimates to achieve the objectives of the current study. Results: The findings of the study have revealed that the impact of economic growth, physical capital, human capital, poverty, and income inequality on entrepreneurial development is significant. Significance: The study is among the pioneering study on the KSA where, self-employment, small firms, firm start-ups, , young enterprises, SMEss, and patents are indicators of entrepreneurship. There is a high rate of income inequalities in KSA, which are similar to the high rate of economic growth. When a crisis begins in the economy, income inequalities start decreasing.

Blockchain facilitates accounting, provides real-time reporting and realtime audit. However it is a new technology so there are many challenges. There is a lot of discussion about blockchain, but people do not know the true value of blockchain. This study aims to identify the benefits and challenges of using blockchain technology adoption in accounting and auditing. For this, we did an opinion survey through a questionnaire at 5 points Likert scale. The questionnaire has been divided into two parts one is demographic profile and the other is benefits challenges-related questions. We used descriptive statistics and a non-parametric Kruskal Wallis test to analyze the non-probabilistic sample of 75 respondent's data set.

Abstract :
This study intends to analyze the trend and pattern of CSR and financial variable and their corresponding relationship in Power sector PSUs for the time period from 2014-15 to 2019-20. The data have been gathered from the annual reports of the companies and the intra-company and intra-sector analysis for determining relationship have been carried out through correlation. It has been found that there has been no consistency in CSR expenditure and financial performance over the years and there is no significant relationship found between CSR expenditure and financial performance in any company except PGCI Ltd. in which positively significant relationship has been found. The study recommendsthat it is significant to maintain consistency in CSR expenditure and financial performance by adequate functioning and address the needs of the society around rather than emphasizing on compliance of standards.

Abstract :
This study is carried out for investigating the industry wise stock performance through proportional Debt Equity Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio and Free Cash Flow to Equity. There is significant relationship between industry wise firm's market price and proportional Debt Equity Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio and Free Cash Flow to Equity. These three factors explain what proportions of debt and equity, at what proportion dividend to be paid out and what level Free Cash Flow to Equity to be maintained to finance the firm's assets. By adjusting these ratios, firm can influence their stock performance. The prime objective of this study is to determine the industry wise stock performance of companies listed in New York Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. Also, to discriminate important factors of companies listed in New York Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange with respect to their value (market price) and firm's Debt Equity Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio and Free Cash Flow to Equity. Sampling Method of this study is non-probability convenience sampling method and sample size i.e. 5 listed companies (highest market capitalization) from New York Stock Exchange and 5 listed companies (highest market capitalization) from National Stock Exchange of the year 2011 to 2020. Excel and SPSS are used for analyzing the data. Multiple correlation and linear regression techniques are used in this paper. This paper is explaining valuation method appropriate with respect to firm's Debt Equity Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio and Free Cash Flow to Equity or either new concept is required for estimation of market price. Researchers are trying to find out the concept behind stability and predictability of the market price of the firm.

Abstract :
Background- Right to information act is one of the basic tools for connecting people to the government. This great initiative has open up the new dimensions of democracy in this present era of good governance. The Phenomenon- The RTI has served as an instrument of social work. Review of literature indicated that there is a significant contribution of RTI act for the enhancement of social work. PurposePresent paper aims to critically evaluate the issues related to explore the Right to Information Act in terms of Social Upliftment, to explore the gender differences among the RTI users, to explore the occupational differences among the RTI users, to explore the educational differences among the RTI users. Methodology- The exploratory research design was employed in the present research work. For the present study RTIs for the social upliftment were selected through purposive random sampling in the time period from 2006 to 2015 i.e. ten years from the implementation of RTI. Statistical analysis was done by doing the content analysis of the selected studies which were screened out on the basis of their motive of social welfare and upliftment. Results- The study revealed that (i) 44% RTIs were related to the issues concerned with the social upliftment and 56% were related to the other reasons such as personal,(ii) 46.9% male RTI users and 39% of female RTI users, (iii) 40% Social activist, 36% of journalist, 14% of lawyers and 10% others were RTI users.

Post MFA it was anticipated that the world- wide textile base will be shifted to Asia with the removal of quota. India was considered to be a major gainer from this opportunity. Textile being a labor intensive industry and India and China were the major beneficiaries from this due to availability of cheap labor. However in the post quota period conflicting information begin to emerge, on the one hand there were signals that India is going to have the seamless market and on the other hand some reports indicated that India is losing its share from its competitors i.e., China, Bangladesh, Vietnam etc. In this research work the investigator tries to study how the Indian textile & clothing exporters responded to the situation and to what extent India has been able to prepare itself to take on this opportunity. Furthermore to understand to what level Indian textile & clothing manufacturers have understood the importance of this opportunity and various marketing strategies adopted by the textile & clothing manufacturers and to understand problems faced by textile & clothing manufacturers. The paper also highlights the efficacy of marketing mix in export of textiles to Euro-American markets and the problems faced by the textile & clothing exporters operating from Rajasthan due to lack of strong brand equity
