The main objective of the study is to investigate the relationship between three constructs i.e., environmental conscious consumption, ethical consumption, and socially responsible consumption facilitating conscious consumption. Reliability of the data was done by Cronbach alpha and a statistical test of factor analysis was used to determine f1 factors. These factors were further used for creating a linear regression model to understand conscious consumption.

Author : Dr.K.Sreenivasa Murthy,Dr.P. Balasubramanyam
Abstract :
The right strategy about supply chain management is one of the key drivers of any successful business in the manufacturing domain and its importance is growing very fast due to latest trends in the analytical tools and services. The most recent research studies says that the global supply chain analytics value in terms of market size is around USD 3.5 K million in 2018 and is expected to grow up to USD 10K million in 2025 at CAGR around 16% forecasted growth. This is achievable only when we can identify the right opportunities and right platforms. The today's supply chain environment presents lot of challenges to the data scientists in terms of data collection, integration, storing and processing because there are huge and unconnected data sources for each of the processing and the speed at which these data getting generated is also very fast. So, the application of data analytics has very immediate benefit as well as many complexities in the implementation In the current paper, we want to focus on the key analytical applications in supply chain domain including procurement, manufacturing, replenishment and customer demand. We want to explain the statistical approach for very highly impactful supply chain problems. The analytical applications discussed in this paper starting from procurement and deals up to ware house management and also different internal phases in between them.

Abstract :
In order to better understand working capital management, which includes efficient handling of current assets as well as current liabilities. Efficient management of working capital is a precondition for the success of any kind of firm. The initial study's major goal was to assess the efficiency of working capital management in the automobile industry. The present study deals with the efficiency of working capital management in the selected four-wheeler passenger car manufacturing companies in India. The source of secondary data is the annual report and CMIE Prowess. The database of ten passenger car manufacturing companies in India is drawn at random from the source Statista based on their market share and brand in terms of passenger car manufacturing companies for the 10-year period from 2011–12 to 2020–21. This study employed three parameters to assess the efficiency of working capital management: the performance index of working capital management (PI), the utilisation index of working capital management (UI), and the efficiency index of working capital management (EI). following the model suggested by Bhattacharya (1997). This study's results show most of the companies reviewed did well in terms of working capital performance, current asset usage, and working capital efficiency. Author : Sushma Yadav,Dr. Kapil Malhotra
Abstract :
The study's goal is to analyze the concept of sales promotion using bibliometrics. The study makes an effort to pinpoint the key publications, authors, nations, affiliations and scientific mapping and Content analysis in this area. The enormous amounts of data from numerous papers that were included in this study were analyzed using the Web of Science database. The study used these records as the basis for bibliometric analysis to identify key topics in this area. The VOS viewer programme is then used to display network maps of coauthorship, source citation,co-citation, and keyword analysis. The results of this study show that the "Journal of Business Research," which includes 23 articles, is the most influential journal. Additionally, Burton S. is the most noteworthy author; the United States of America is the most productive country; and the University of Groningen, with 23 papers, is the most prestigious institution. The study's limitations derive from the fact that only the Web of Science database was searched for papers. Future research may take advantage of more databases like Google Scholar and Scopus. Another limitation is that only business and management-related data sources, publications, and review papers are used for analysis, and only English is used as the analytical language. This research adds to the body of already existing knowledge on sales promotion. Using bibliometric approaches, one can obtain a very accurate and true representation of the area. The recommendations could aid in directing the authors' interests in undertaking more research on this topic.

Name : Impact of Consumer Support Mechanism on Preventing Consumer Exploitation in Northern India
Author : Dr. Hari Prapan Sharma
Abstract :
To prevent consumer exploitation in India, which is home to a large number of people living at the bottom of the pyramid, several legislations have been enforced such as consumer helpline number and consumer protection act 2019. However, the cases of harassment of the consumers are rampant and, according to some critiques, underreported. Through this paper, the authors have attempted to analyze the level of awareness for different tools of consumer support mechanism and have tried to establish a link between the level of awareness regarding support mechanism and the rate of exploitation. A two-component relationship model has been analyzed with the support of empirical results gathered from the respondents. The survey data spans over five states of northern and central India. The prevalence of a large number of consumer cases in this region has prompted the authors towards the study of the surveyed area. The analyses based on hypotheses reveal that there is a direct relationship between lack of awareness regarding consumer protection mechanism and the probability of exploitation of the consumer on various parameters mentioned in the model. One major finding has been a tendency of Institutional demotivation in consumer protection agencies in India toward filing a lawsuit by a deceived and exploited consumer. To assist policy formulators as well as academicians to have a comprehensive awareness regarding the framework and awareness level of the consumer support mechanism. Since there is a lack of empirical research in the dimension of the research paper, it attempts to create an appreciated contribution by acting as a catalyst for further extensive research in this domain.

The information was gathered between December 2020 and February 2021. The findings of the study reveal that awareness among small business units about different digital payments and their advantages is high, but adoption is low. The result of the study indicates that the original TAM model i.e., perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness along with other factors i.e., subjective norm and selfefficiency has a significant impact on the behavioral intention of MSMEs.
