The data has been collected from customers preferring online shopping by using digital banking measures in the Jammu region of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. A two-step approach to structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS was applied. In the first phase,CFA was applied to judge the projected measurement model fit and also to construct validity whereas, the second step was intended at estimating and developingSEM for testing the significance of the hypothetical relationship. The results of SEM discovered that there is a direct relation between Digital Banking and online shopping behaviour, which is being moderated by Perceived security.

Name : Implementation of a Supply Chain Analytics for Stochastic Demand of Inventory Control using Python
Author : Dr. Ahmad M. A. Zamil, Dr. T. G. Vasista, Mohamed Abdel Kader Adel Hamid, Ahmad Yousef Areiqat
Abstract :
In a supply chain scenario, companies have a stock of goods on hand. Companies face many challenges in making decisions under customer demand uncertainty. So, firms have to decide upon their inventory policy as part of the supply chain to compute average inventory levels, backorder levels, optimal order quantity, reduced loss of orders, and inventory cost, thus improving the profit. When traditional techniques such as Economic Order Quantity arenot providing the right solution concerning gaining optimal supply chain management application solutions, such as optimal inventory control under demand uncertainty, supply chain analytics employ inventory control policies that regulate the order to replenish stocks. For effective inventory control, two policies are used in the paper: periodic review policy and continuous review policy. With these policies, companies can get feasible inventory management solutions using mathematical, statistical modeling, and Simulation techniques. So, in this research, the Monte Carlo simulation technique has been applied and computed with visualizing charts using Python programming. The results show that managing inventory control with optimal values is possible using the simulation technique with negligible loss of orders. Profit distribution, safety stock, and order quantity values are determined and tabulated.

Name : Job Embeddedness Antecedents in the Context of Resource Conservation Theory: Crab Syndrome and Intrusion
Author : Burcu Üzüm, Osman Seray Özkan
Abstract :
The effect of crab syndrome and intrusion on job embeddedness is discussed in research within the scope of Resource Conservation Theory. Even though many researches have been conducted in literature to identify antecedents of job embeddedness, the researches on the role of the crab syndrome and intrusion seem to be quite limited. In this context, the research is important in terms of revealing factors that negatively affect employees experiencing job embeddedness. The sample of the research, which was carried out to fill this gap in related literature, consists of 216 accommodation sector employees reached by convenience sampling method. Questionnaire technique was used as data collection method in the research, and the survey was carried out between 12 July - 13 August 2021. The reliability and validity analyzes of the scales, used in the research, were performed. Internal consistency reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity were calculated within the scope of reliability and validity studies. Moreover, the scale of intrusion, consisting of four-items and sole factor, was adapted into Turkish within the scope of the research. The research model was analyzed by the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-PM, PLS-SEM) method. T-values were calculated, taking 5000 subsamples from the sample by bootstrapping to evaluate the significance of PLS path coefficients. In consequence of the analyzes, it was determined that the crab syndrome and intrusion negatively predicted job embeddedness. Besides limitations of the research, various suggestions were presented at the end of research.

In this study, to analyse research data and the models estimation, the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression test was used. For the moderation impact of total assets and total revenue, eight moderation relationships have significant impacts but two relationships have no impact. Those two rejected are associated with CSR governance.

Name : Financial Literacy in Ukraine and Hungary with special regard to the Performane of University Students
Author : Nina Poyda-Nosyk, Botond Kálmán, R. K. Tailor
Abstract :
In 2002, the governments of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) formally recognised the importance of financial literacy. It was then that the organisation launched a project to survey financial literacy, which has been called the International Network on Financial Education (OECD/INFE) since 2008. The organisation's 132 member countries take part in regular surveys, each using a uniform methodology. This method has become so popular with researchers that it is used by countries that are not members of the organisation/project. Ukraine is one of them. In this work, the authors compare the results of the Ukrainian study with the Hungarian data, taking advantage of the identity of the methodology. The choice fell on these two countries because the authors had an affiliation in Ukraine, but one of them lives in Hungary, so he has a personal relationship with both countries. The choice of topic was determined by the fact that one of their areas of scientific research is the study of the financial literacy of university students. The OECD published the results of its latest survey in 2020.The report also contains Hungarian data. The resultsshow that the performance of both countriesstudied is close to, but not below, the OECD average; however, they are very close to each other. Nevertheless, the financial cultures of the two countries are significantly different. Ukrainians are more characterized by active management of finances, while Hungarians are attracted to finances above average. In addition to presenting the national results, the authors also compare the performance ofHungarianandUkrainianuniversitystudentsinfinancialliteracy.

Name : Do Human Resource Practices Cause Turnover Intention in the Hotel Industry in Jaipur, India
Author : Preeti Nagar, Anil Kumar Agarwal, Pallavi Mathur
Abstract :
The purpose of the study is to show and provide an integrated model that contextualises human resource practies on employee turnover intentions in the Indian hotel industry. The questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale was distributed via email to hotel workers in the 4 and 5 star Indian hotel industry in Jaipur, and the data was analyzed using Spss 24. Other research elements, such as recognition practices (REC), competency development practices ( COMP), and information sharing practices (IMP) have a negative and significant impact on turnover intention while compensation management practices (CMP) has high significant impact on turnover intention. However, training practices (TRAI) has a significant and positive impact on turnover intention, which contradicts our hypothesis. While performance evaluation practices (PERF) do not have a direct impact on turnover intention, employees are more likely to believe that in an organisation there is a lack of performance activities to support employees, which directly affects their job, the less likely they intend to leave their current employer

Name : Impact of HRM Practices on Employee Engagement and Employee Performance with special reference to Academicians and Work Professionals
Author : Megha Yadav, Dr. Shailja Bhakar, Prof. Yogesh Upadhyay
Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to explore the employee performance factors which are highly influenced by HRM practices through different dimensions. Moreover, this study proposes a model in the area of human resource practices to be used for testing and improving the performance of employees in the universities. An integrated model was developed highlighting the relationship between the HRM practice variables (Training, R&D, and Performance Appraisal) and employee performance. 281 responses have been collected from various academicians and work professional working in universities. Partial least square (PLS) – Structural equation modeling (SEM) is implemented using Smart PLS 3.0 to validate the hypothesized relationship by evaluating the responses of employees working in the universities. The findings of this study demonstrate a strong relationship between HRM practices and employee performance in the universities and also can be used by managers and HRprofessionals for organizing exclusive relevant programs for improving employee's performance based on the dimensions used in this paper. The present study provides an empirical and theoretical explanation of different dimensions associated with HRM Practices and employee performance.
