Worldwide, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is being used for teaching-learning process in educational institutions. Information and Communication technology act as a catalyst for change in educational teaching-learning process. The Urban-Rural digital divide exists even in the developed countries in terms of access to technologies. This study mainly focuses on the teachers’ attitude on ICT integration in teaching, use of ICT for teacher professional development and the use of ICT tools for teaching; especially the colleges located in rural areas. Name : Determining the Impact of Demographics on Perceived Ethical Values of Teachers

Abstract :
The Purpose of this paper is to study and examine the perceived ethical values of teachers from selected higher education setting of North India in relation to demographics, i.e. gender, age, income and education and this study also make stakeholders to work on effective teaching in context to teaching ethics. A self-administered survey was conducted of 120 teachers at HEI (Higher Education Institute) to determine ethical perceptions on 28 ethical values. Study demonstrates that ethical values Justice, Respect, Knowledge, Self- Motivation, Honesty, Compassion, Gratitude, Decision Making ,Love and Integrity comes out to be very high among all ethical values which further reveals that teachers overwhelmingly find these values to have contributed significantly to the ethical practices.

Basel-III is a comprehensive framework to support the worldwide financial transactions of the banking system. The Government of India and the Central Bank of India have been taking initiatives to develop a sound banking system in the country. The Central Bank of India keeps issuing new guidelines from time to time for analysis of capital ratios and capital requirement for risks for commercial banks under Basel-III regulations. With the help of Average growth formula, the researcher took first quarter of year 2017-18 as the base amount in all three aspects namely ‘number of reporting offices’, ‘total number of deposits’ and ‘total number of credits’ and thereafter the researcher calculated out the average annual growth percentage from these quarterly averages of four quarters.

Name : The Rise of Saudi Women into Leadership Positions: Perspectives of Saudi Male Employees

Abstract :
This study identifies the perspectives of Saudi male employees on the capability of Saudi females to occupy leadership positions in the country’s organizations. A survey was conducted among different employees in various organizations located in different parts of the country. A total of 206 public and private sector employees were selected randomly. The results show that male employees are not likely to trust or approve of females in leadership positions. Furthermore, females are not perceived as capable of playing essential leadership roles, such as handling problems in workplaces or negotiating effectively. However, male employees do not have negative perspectives on femalesin terms of organizational commitment. Organizational type and experience in work did not influence the participants’ perspectives in general.

The purpose of the present study is to analyse the impact of soft skill training on the performance of employees working in banks in Mumbai. To serve the objective of the study, an empirical attempt with the utilization of regression analysis has been made. For conducting the study, a well-structure and pre-tested questionnaire has been utilized. Besides, the selection of banks and customers was based on convenience sampling approach. The developed scales assessing soft skill training and employee performance has been examined for statistical appropriateness. Further establishing the statistical appropriateness, regression analysis has been employed and the results have unveiled significant positive impact of soft skill training on employee performance.
