Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment act as a basic concept for any commercial operations in the organization and hence the researcher had considered the quality of work life and organizational commitment as most important and for which this study issued. The objective of the present study is, to find the relationship between Quality of Work life and Organizational commitment of the Employees of manufacturing sector. Data were collected from 171 employees. Karl person coefficient of correlation was used for data analysis. The study reveals that a significant difference positive relationship exists between QWL and Organizational Commitment of employees in manufacturing sector. In concurrence with the ascertained importance of an employee's role in the organization, therefore , the present research is an attempt to study quality of work life and organization commitment where experience help in Manufacturing organizations to retain employees and help them towards career development, increasing managerial effectiveness and organization commitment.

The purpose of this study is to see whether there is any relationship between emotional intelligence and stress of Ph.D Research Scholars of different disciplines and Universities. Does the level of Emotional intelligence affect the level of stress of Ph.D Scholars?The present study is an attempt to know the level of stress of scholars to identify the factors affecting it as it is very much important for those who at some stage oftheir thesis work and for others as well to take steps to lower down the stress.

ERP systems are very wide in scope and it is extremely complex to implement an ERP system. It takes lots of time for planning, consulting and implementation because ERP systems can also push an organization towards generic processes, even when customized processes may be a source of competitive advantage. Implementation of ERP system requires significant changes on employees and organization procedures. ERP systems differ from traditional in-house or custom development systems in three ways; The user may have to make changes to business processes and procedures; the user may need to introduce customizations and the user becomes dependent on the ERP vendor for assistance and updates. This paper throws the light on the perception regarding ERP implementation process, Time taken for ERP implementation, Organizational and Geographical scope of ERP, Operating system , Modules etc. and the results indicate that with respect to success of ERP in implementation phase, respondents had a positive perception regarding all the resources except user resources. However, the mean value was not very high with the resources, this shows there is a room for improvement for all the resources during implementation phase.

The main aim of present research article is to examine the relationship between celebrity endorsements and brand, and its influence on consumer's buying behaviour. In addition, it is also gauged in this study, in what manner customer makes brand preferences. This article suggests 14 point model which can be used as blue-print criteria and can be utilized by brand marketers for choosing celebrities and capitalizing the celebrity resource by way of 360 degree brand communication which, according to this paper is the foundation of the impact of celebrity endorsement. This present paper initiates with the review of existing literature accessible on celebrity endorsements and its influence on consumers buying behaviour, which offers an understanding into the study theme and explains numerous significant facets interrelated to the subject area. The findings of the study revealed that consumers perceive products or services endorsed by celebrity more attractive and influential as compared to non-endorsed products or services, likewise it is confirmed in the study that celebrity endorsements positively influencing the purchase intention among consumers.

E-Shopping has developed in launching the new products at the accurate time and the electronic transactions are growing rapidly through this. Most of the people who use the internet to purchase goods online, but that there are still some reasons for which consumers are unwilling to purchase. The paper builds on the relevant literature and at the same time examines the consumer behavior by constructing structured questionnaire. Major objectives of the marketers are, to identify the factor that influence buying behavior towards E-shopping purchase decisions and to analyze the shift in buying behavior and to explore the reasons why potential consumers do not prefer online shopping. Sample in the study was restricted to 100 respondents keeping in mind the research objective and constraint. Hence, the present study directs the companies to focus on these aspects in order to attract the customers towards E-Shopping behavior.

For any country and for any state in that country the biggest burning issue is of food grains. In this era of industrialization and urbanization the land required to cultivate food grains is reducing. Since our nation India is an agricultural country with almost 60% of population is associated with this sector in a direct or indirect manner for their livelihood, thus for farmers it becomes huge question to survive because they also need money, education for children, and other facilities in order to live a happy and peaceful life. Farmers have an option of growing cash crops so that they can get quick access to money but then the problem of food grains will deteriorate further. The answer to these queries is one in which whatever crop farmer grow in his farm its productivity should increase. Large numbers of farmers in villages of Daang district in Gujarat state are applying System of Rice Intensification (SRI) method in order to improve the productivity of their farm output. This paper attempts to explore the insights of SRI method, how it is applied, what are the benefits of this method, and how it is better than other traditional methods of growing rice. The study has been conducted in Daang district of Gujarat state on those farmers who are applying SRI method for rice production.

In this study, the main purpose is to examine the impact of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adoption by Indian firms on Activity Based Ratios. The study employs an innovative design known as “same firm-year” research design (2011-12) to know this impact. Gray Index was used to find the impact of IFRS adoption on Activity Based ratios of six Indian companies while, Paired sample t test were used to test the statistical significance of the differences in mean between ratios under IFRS and Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP) respectively. The main finding from the study is that IFRS adoption has caused a negative impact on most of the Activity Based of Indian firms, but the impact was not statistically significant and through t test it was found that there is no difference between IGAAP and IFRS.
